Postpartum & Perinatal Mental Health Support​
Postpartum Support International (PSI)
Postpartum Support International (PSI) provides education, support, and resources for individuals experiencing perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment challenges. PSI offers a confidential helpline, free peer-led support groups, and a provider directory to help individuals connect with appropriate care and community support.

POEM (Ohio)
POEM (Perinatal Outreach and Encouragement for Moms) is a program of Mental Health America of Ohio that provides education, peer support, and resources for individuals experiencing perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. POEM offers peer support groups, opportunities for connection with other parents, and referrals to community and mental health resources throughout Ohio.
