Therapy for Women & Moms

Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

I work primarily with women and moms who are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, and the emotional weight that can come with motherhood. I also support clients working through trauma, depression, addiction and recovery, and other challenges that may be affecting their relationships, daily life, or sense of self.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we'll work to understand what's underneath what you're experiencing and develop tools to help you move forward.

Pregnancy, Postpartum & Perinatal Mental Health

Pregnancy and the transition into motherhood can bring significant emotional changes, even when it's a season you've deeply wanted. I provide support for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood transitions, anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges that can come with this season of life.

Anxiety & Overwhelm

When your mind won't slow down and you're constantly carrying the next thing, anxiety and overwhelm can begin to feel like your normal. Therapy can help you understand your anxiety, quiet the mental noise, and develop healthier ways of coping with the demands you're carrying.

Trauma & Childhood Wounds

Our past experiences can continue to shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, respond to stress, and move through the world. Therapy can provide a space to explore those experiences, understand the patterns they created, and begin healing what you've been carrying.

Depression & Burnout

Sometimes exhaustion goes deeper than simply needing rest. I support clients experiencing depression, emotional exhaustion, burnout, and seasons when it feels difficult to find motivation, connection, or enjoyment in everyday life.

Addiction & Recovery

Recovery is about more than stopping a behavior or substance. It can also involve understanding the emotions, experiences, and patterns underneath addiction while developing healthier ways to cope and move forward. I provide support for individuals navigating addiction and recovery.

Faith-Based Counseling

For clients who want faith to be part of their therapeutic experience, I offer counseling that can thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and spiritual beliefs into the work. Faith-based counseling is always optional and guided by what feels meaningful and appropriate for you.
